It’s almost time for Oxbow’s Family Dinner on the Farm! Below are a few reminders, directions, and information that will help ensure that you have a wonderful evening, rain or shine.

Event: Sunday, September 16th | 3:00PM to 7:00PM

Chef Seth Fernald of Novelty Hill-Januik winery has planned an incredible menu featuring Oxbow produce and other locally-sourced ingredients, and live music will be provided by The Side Project.

Oxbow is located at 10819 NE Carnation Duvall Rd, Carnation, WA 98014. You will use Oxbow’s PUBLIC ENTRANCE for the event. Please keep a close eye out for our Public Entrance sign located at 268th Ave NE and Hwy 203. Google Maps

268th AVE NE is a country, dirt road. Please drive slowly (10 MPH) and be mindful of neighbors who live here. It will feel like a long stretch, and you’ll pass some private property areas on the right. Keep going! At the end of the road, turn left at the Oxbow sign, pull into our gravel driveway, and park in the designated grass parking areas.

Sunday Weather: Rain with a high of 61°F.

We don’t let a little rain dampen our plans! The evening will proceed rain or shine.* We have plenty of well-lit tent coverage, cozy outdoor heaters, and umbrellas for you to use! Feel free to bring your own umbrella, if you’d like.

*We will only close the event if there is lightning or high wind.

Attire: Dressed-up casual, or “Farm Fancy,” as we like to call it, but above all dress for the weather. You may want to wear sturdy shoes or boots for walking around our outdoor spaces. Bring a jacket and/or sweater – dressing in layers is recommended in the glorious PNW!

Parents/Guardians of children and teens attending our kids’ program: You should have already received a detailed email outlining the kids’ programming for the night, but if you haven’t received it yet, please let us know.

Please note: Pets are not allowed at Oxbow. We love animals, but please leave yours at home for their safety and comfort. Also note that we are a no smoking/vaping farm. Thank you!
