Stargazing on the Farm

Join Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center for a celestial night of stargazing on the farm on August 10^th from 8:00pm-Midnight. While the sun sets over the farm fields, enjoy a delicious wine and snack box pairing created by Novelty Hill-Januik’s Chef Seth, featuring Oxbow’s organic produce.

After dark, take in the natural wonder of the night sky as dedicated volunteer astronomers from the Seattle Astronomical Society guide you through the Perseid meteor shower– and galaxies beyond! Quench your curiosity as you view dark sky objects, typically hidden from the naked eye, with professional-grade telescopes provided by SAS. With little light pollution and an optimal viewing location, you’ll be fully immersed in the splendor of stargazing – and in the magic of Oxbow!
