FARM AND FOREST HOMES
Ages 7-12, full day session

Make your home at Oxbow for the week and discover the plants, wild animals, and maybe even the magical beings that live here, too! From buzzing bees and tiny tree frogs to engineering beavers, learn what it means to have a healthy habitat for everyone, including humans. Design and build homes for your favorite creatures, big and small, real or imaginary. Travel back in time to experience the history of humans surviving in the Snoqualmie Valley through interactive games, stories, and challenges. Eat farm-fresh foods every day and share the bounty with those in need through a special harvest to benefit local food banks. Play nature games, search for snakes, squish through mud, and spend all day outdoors truly connecting with the land.

The fun doesn’t have to stay on the farm! Our Camp Farm Stand will be open at the end of every camp day so you can take home your new-found favorite organic veggies and support the Oxbow mission. The week ends with a fun, bountiful, free Family Farmer’s Market led by all our campers!

Session includes: Oxbow summer camp t-shirt, nature journal, and crafts
